I forgot my Google account password! How can I access my passwords?

Are my passwords/personal information safe within FortiPass?
FortiPass is all about being open and transparent with how we store your personal information. At FortiPass, we put you in charge of your most crucial information, leveraging a storage solution of your choice (by default this is Google Drive). So as long as your storage solution is secure so is your information.

I forgot my account PIN! How can I access my passwords?
If you have forgotten your vault PIN number, unfortunately FortiPass support are unable to assist with regaining access.For security reasons, FortiPass keeps no information or record of your PIN number.If you would like to reset your account to start fresh because you have forgotten your PIN number. Contact our support for instructions on how to reset your personal vault (warning: this will delete all existing password permanently).
How do I organise my information with folders?

How do I setup FortiPass to autofill fields on my Android?
FortiPass supports autofill on Android for all users. Just follow the steps below to enable it for your device.
How much information can I store?
The amount of information you can store in the service is beholden to the capacity of your third party storage provider. We encourage you to frequently check the amount of available storage space for your provider to avoid critical information being deleted inadvertently.
What happens if I don't pay my subscription?
If you do not pay your oustanding subscription balance up to 30 days after expiration your outstanding subscription will be suspended. You will be not be able to view or edit your shared data while your account is suspended. To find out more about our terms of service please read more here.
Can I remove my personal information from the service
As a part of your rights, you have the ability to request the removal of your data from the service at any point in time. This can be initiated from within your Advanced Settings by raising a personal data removal request.
What is FortiPass' leak and breach monitoring?
FortiPass passively monitors emails for non-free tier subscription members. We regularly check in the background for reported leaks and data breaches, alerting you when your information is compromised. Feel free to checkout our tutorial on how to manage your monitoring settings.
Can I transfer my passwords to a new gmail account
If you would like to transfer you vault to a new gmail account check out our Resource Vault for our guides on how to achieve this. Alternatively please feel free to raise a Support Request and our team will be happy to assist.
